Kimberly Carter
MSPT

Kimberly Carter received her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University. She has worked in a variety of settings within the medical field since the 1980’s and has experience working as a physical therapist in the areas of early intervention, school therapy, positioning and seating assessment, home health and wound care. Kimberly is also a certified lymphedema therapist. She loves working with both adult and pediatric patients with developmental disabilities. Her other interests include nutritional health, animal rights, and environmental conservation. In her free time, she loves to read, write poetry and children’s stories, travel, and hike with her son.​

Monique Creus
PT, DPT
Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Pediatric Physical Therapy

Monique Creus received her BS in Biology from Florida State University. During her time in the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program at the University of Miami, she participated in elective courses including women’s health, sports physical therapy, Pilates, and pediatrics. Monique has worked in various pediatric settings including acute care, PPEC, orthopedics, and school-systems. She is a certified TheraTogs Fitter and has trained as a practitioner of Pilates for rehabilitation. Monique has also taken additional coursework in craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and micro-current point stimulation. Outside of the clinic, she is a mom of two girls and a foodie at heart who loves the beach, Disney, and stroller walks.  ​

Ellen Donald

PT, Ph.D.

Ellen Donald earned her physical therapy degree at Boston University in 1985, a Master of Science in Adult Education from Syracuse University in 1995, and a Ph.D. in Educational Measurement and Research from the University of South Florida in 2016. She has focused her clinical experience on working with children from birth to 21 in outpatient, home, school-based, and telehealth settings. In addition to her long career working with children as a physical therapist, Ellen serves as an Assistant Professor in Physical Therapy at Florida Gulf Coast University. Ellen enjoys spending her free time with her husband, her 3 grown children, and her 3 cats and 4 dogs.​

Brittany Moody
PTA

Brittany Moody is a licensed physical therapist assistant. She and her husband moved to Fort Myers from Buffalo, NY after graduating in 2015. Brittany has worked as a teaching assistant in special education classrooms, and as a one to one aide for children with developmental disabilities before finding and falling in love with the field of pediatric physical therapy. She enjoys spending her days at SPOT working with children and families to achieve their goals. Brittany and her husband are expecting their first child, a baby boy, in September of 2020! In their free time, Brittany and her husband enjoy camping, hiking, and relaxing at the beach. ​

Aylen Crawford
PTA

Aylen is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She graduated from Miami Dade College in 2016. Aylen worked for more than 4 years with adults, geriatric, and pediatric patients with orthopedic pathologies and post-surgical rehabilitation. In 2021, she moved to Fort Myers with her family. Working at SPOT she found out how much she loves pediatric therapy and how rewarding is to help little ones to bloom. In her free time, Aylen loves spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and connecting with nature.
